Items are shipped FedEx. Please have your correct address listed as your shipping destination. 


Customs and Import Taxes

Hartstone Designs is not responsible for any customs or import taxes. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly.


Returns and Exchanges

Hartstone Designs does accept returns or exchanges

Please contact if your item was damaged upon delivery. Our items are insured and we will help you through the claims process.

If your item is broken due to malfunction of product we will exchange it for a new product.

TemChek units have a 1 year limited warranty through Ident-a-Kid. Please call 1-800-809-4899 for further details. 

Hartstone Designs does accept cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placed. If your item has not shipped we will consider cancellations on a case by case basis after the 24 hour period. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
